Asus 3D G51Jx gaming laptop's are around £1,350 and I really don't want to spend that much, where could I get one a little cheaper? Is it worth trying ebay or private sellers?

did you realize that the 3d version has a low resolution lcd?
you probably will not buy one refurbished but they are bound to turn up 2nd hand on ebay. i would not recommend springing for 3d yet. it is still undeveloped. external emiter and low resolution for 200$ more then the a1 is just not a bargain
